Jimmy John’s Menu

I was doing some work at a business associate's facility in Wellington, it got to be about 1 p.m. and we were hungry. Since we were still busy working on a few projects, someone suggested we order lunch in. They brought out the Jimmy John's menu and my stomach started to rumble while reading some of the descriptions. Their 8" subs were $5.50 each and their giant club sandwiches were $6.50. It took me a few moments to decide which one I wanted, as a few of them really looked tasty! I settled on the #9, which was their Italian Night Club - Genoa salami, Italian capicola, smoked ham and provolone cheese topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and homemade Italian vinaigrette. Delivery was made within about 20 or 25 minutes, and their sandwiches really hit the spot! I was expecting something a bit more "messy" with the Italian vinaigrette dressing, but the sandwich held together nicely. I'd never been to a Jimmy John's before, but when I checked their website, it turns out that there are a few not far from my 'hood. I'll need to check them out more often, as they're definitely a step up from the usual chain subway sandwiches.

We order from Jimmy Johns at least twice a week where I work. The service is always great and our food is always FREAKY FAST AND FREAKY GOOD!

It was the most false advertising in the world I called and my food was not at my door that second.

Awesome sandwiches (love the homemade bread)!! The fastest-sub-making-guys I have ever seen in my entire life!!! It's a treat to go in and order just to watch them fly into action and have your sandwich ready by the time you finish paying at the register!!

This place amazed me! I had never been to a Jimmy Johns before, and I will most certainly return! The wait time for my sub was ridiculously short, I saw them making it fresh but it was done before I even paid, so their advertising was completely true to life. I tend to be a stickler for customer service and this place didn't disappoint me. Most importantly this particular location had some magic to it. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms, and the staff was even going over surfaces that you don't see traditional food restaurants clean (I.e. Behind machinery) I was also impressed with how they personalized each interaction before they sent a customer off. The people are friendly, kind and clearly have a good sense of teamwork. I will return to a Jimmy Johns in the future, thanks to this place.

These subs are disgusting. Dry, tasteless and plastic-like. They pride themselves on quick delivery only because they deliver right across the street and nowhere else. I would advertise quick delivery too if I was only delivering to my neighbor... There are many better sub places, like Tsunami Subs or Publix deli subs next door. Don't waste your time and money with this

I walked in and they said the bread wasn't ready and had to cool down and it would be awhile. Since this is a sub place this is very unacceptable.

I had to do some photocopying that was going to take some time so I decided to try JJs next door for lunch. Now honestly, I saw the sign at the entrance to the plaza and it says "Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches" and - never having been there before - I envisioned something like grilled chicken with pesto and arugula on a whole grain bread or something like that... and it appealed to me. When I went in and began to read the menu, it says "Worlds Greatest Gourmet Subs". But then looking at the choices, I thought "What's this? Where's the gourmet?!" Then I read the "disclaimer": "ok my subs aren't really gourmet etc". Now I've got a plenty good sense of humor and I get the tongue-in-cheek "...nothin' fancy jes good honest food..." effect, but I have to say, honestly, that kind of ticked me off because I felt like "you got me in by lying to me! You lied about ur food and u admitted that u lied about ur food!". I got a sandwich and it was ok. I just couldn't get over the lying but... Just before I left I saw a poster in the corner that said something about the importance of "integrity" and "truth" and I thought u flipping hypocrit! I mean it's like someone putting up a sign for their restaurant claiming they serve French food and when u come inside its really just a coffee shop. It left me with a bad feeling about the whole place. It's not bad food but it's nothing special... IMHO

Yummy sandwhiches. Great bread...love the wheat bread...nice and fluffy. Beach turkey sandwhich is great with the avocada. Fresh ingrediants. Hits the spot for a sandwhich place.

This is my third visit to this Jimmy John's and each time I leave even more disappointed . This location tries to be so efficient that it lost its charm and delicious subs. Extra mayonnaise seems to be beyond their grasp even if you ask for it two times. The beach club is supposed to have an avocado spread which was completely absent from mine along with Minimal tomatoes and cucumbers but that was plenty of lettuce . The cookies that are a $1.75 each are stale and brittle. Plain and simple, not worth the amount of money you spend on this quality of food. On the positive note the place was clean and so were the bathroom. They need to go back to old-school values. I recommend Jersey Mike's you won't be disappointed or Just up the road is tsunami subs, same price range 100% better subs without the attitude that the customer is wrong.

The service was a little disappointing- they didn't ask what type of bread I wanted & when it volunteered the information after he presumptuously put mayo on white he acted like id committed some unforgivable offense- I won't return which is too bad bc they're close by & I eat out everyday- but not there...

I was in a hurry and against my better judgement I decided to order from Jimmy Johns in Wellington. I attempted to order online several times and the site was not functioning properly so I called in an order for one of the new DELI sandwiches "THE BEACH" I specified the things I wanted on it. It arrived very quickly however when I opened it its a SUB, the picture online and the default online are with nice looking whole wheat like a DELI sandwich... I called to ask for the sandwich to be replaced and the person who made it argued rudely that this IS indeed how this sandwich comes. I hung up and ordered from Tsunami subs down the street where I got an AMAZING sandwich just as quickly with MUCH friendlier service. I won't be giving Jimmy Johns my business again!
